Mewgenics combines cat breeding with tactical roguelike combat: players raise cats that take on character classes, then send them on adventures resolved through tactical battles on procedurally generated grids. The project began at Team Meat in 2012, stalled for years and was cancelled, then Edmund McMillen reacquired it and finished it with Tyler Glaiel.
