About this game
Dynamic Food Chain
- Herbivores graze on plants, drink water, and flock together using boid-style flocking (cohesion, separation, alignment)
- Carnivores hunt in coordinated packs — when one spots prey, it calls nearby allies to join the chase
- Apex Predators sit at the top of the chain, hunting carnivores and even intervening to defend herbivores from being overhunted
- Mega Herbivores are massive, slow giants that intimidate normal carnivores just by being nearby
Survival & Instinct
- Every creature manages hunger, thirst, and energy — starve or dehydrate at your peril
- Herbivores dive into bushes to hide and break line-of-sight from predators
- Carnivores panic and flee when an apex predator gets too close
- Territory marking creates invisible "home turf" zones that boost energy for owners and stress out trespassers
Life Cycle
- Watch creatures pair up, build nests, and lay eggs
- Eggs hatch into babies that visibly grow into adults over time
- Protective insect swarms hatch alongside carnivores and will mob apex predators that threaten their pack
Disease System
- Infections spread through proximity, incubate silently, then show visible symptoms
- Infected herbivores instinctively seek out bushes to self-quarantine
- Healthy creatures actively flee visibly sick individuals
- Recovery is possible under the right conditions — or the disease may prove fatal
Build Your Own Species
- Design fully custom blobs: choose their diet, what they hunt, what hunts them, their color, and size
- Load presets like Apex Predator, Pack Hunter, Scavenger, and Parasite, or build something entirely your own
- Custom blobs breed, pass down mixed traits, and slot right into the existing ecosystem
Sandbox Tools
- Click to place plants, water, or bushes — Alt-click for bushes, Shift-click for water, Ctrl-click to drop walls
- Full control panel: spawn any creature type, toggle heatmaps (deaths, births, territory conflicts), enable trails, adjust simulation speed, and more
- Placement mode lets you precisely drop any entity exactly where you want it
- A "nuke" button to wipe the world clean and start fresh, complete with a satisfying shockwave effect
🎮 How to Play
There's no win condition — this is a living laboratory. Tweak the starting population, drop in some custom predators, speed up time, and watch how the ecosystem responds. Will your custom parasite wipe out the herbivore population? Can the apex predators keep the carnivores in check? Will disease sweep through the herd before they can quarantine?
