Agatha Knife is a darkly satirical point-and-click adventure whose protagonist founds a religion in order to persuade animals to accept being slaughtered. It belongs to the Psychotic Adventures universe shared with MechaNika, an earlier title by the same team. Spanish independent developer Mango Protocol first built it in Java and released it in 2017, later moving it to Unity for consoles; reviewers liked its look and dark tone but were split on its puzzles.

American Arcadia is a puzzle platformer centred on Trevor Hills, a man trying to break out of Arcadia, the artificial town he has lived in, which turns out to be a simulation. Along the way he is aided by Angela Solano, a stage technician, with Yuri Lowenthal and Krizia Bajos in the two lead roles. Spanish studio Out of the Blue developed the game and Raw Fury published it in November 2023.

Blasphemous 2 is a side-scrolling Metroidvania and the follow-up to the original Blasphemous from 2019. Steam files it under action and adventure, in line with the genre's mix of combat and exploration. It was developed by The Game Kitchen, a studio from Spain, and published by Team17, arriving on Windows and current consoles in August 2023, with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions following that November. Reviews were generally positive.

Cursed Castilla, originally titled Maldita Castilla, is an action platformer conceived as a tribute to Ghosts'n Goblins. Its world draws on Spanish myths, wider European folklore and tales of chivalry, delivered through side-scrolling action. It was developed by Locomalito in Spain, with Gryzor87 also credited, and first released in December 2012; this expanded EX edition came to Steam in October 2016 through Abylight Studios.

It sits between action-adventure and simulation according to its listed genres. Gods Will Be Watching is a point-and-click adventure pitched as a thriller, dropping the player into a series of tense scenarios and asking them to avert a crisis in each. Its core loop revolves around juggling scarce resources against the clock. Spanish studio Deconstructeam built it in GameMaker, and Devolver Digital published it in July 2014 for Windows, macOS and Linux, with an iOS port arriving in December 2015.

A Second Term expansion followed in 2019, along with a string of sequels beginning with Monster Camp in 2020.

Steam categorises it as a simulation title. Neva is a puzzle platformer about Alba, a young woman who journeys with a wolf named Neva through a land being overtaken by darkness, with the adventure unfolding over the course of four seasons. It blends platforming and puzzles with action-adventure elements. Spanish studio Nomada Studio developed it and Devolver Digital published it in October 2024 on PC and consoles, and a prequel expansion, Neva Prologue, followed in February 2026.

OhShape is a virtual reality rhythm game in which players strike poses and move their whole body to fit through shapes cut into walls, all set to music and dance choreography. Its creators took the concept from Hole in the Wall, a television game show. Spanish studio Odders Lab released it into early access in August 2019 and fully in December 2019, supporting PC headsets including the Valve Index, HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.

Reventure is a comedic action-adventure that sends players to save a princess from the Dark Lord while poking fun at role-playing games, especially The Legend of Zelda. Its open world reacts to what the player does, and those choices can lead to any one of 100 different endings. Spanish studio Pixelatto released it in June 2019 as an expanded take on its Ludum Dare jam entry Lonk's Greedy Adventure, and critics singled out its humor.

Super Hydorah is a side-scrolling shoot 'em up in which the pilot of a lone space fighter, the Delta Lance, battles the alien Meroptians to save humanity. It imitates the look of 16- and 32-bit era games and adds a CRT screen effect. Created in Spain by Locomalito, with Abylight Studios publishing it in September 2017, it expands the developer's earlier freeware Hydorah; critics liked its visuals and music but found its difficulty harsh.

Temtem is an online multiplayer role-playing game built around catching, raising and battling creatures, an approach its creators drew openly from the Pokémon series. Players share a persistent world with others while assembling and training their creature teams. Spanish developer Crema built it in Unity, raised part of its budget through a Kickstarter campaign in 2018, and moved from early access to a full launch in September 2022.

The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood is a narrative adventure starring a witch living in exile. Its central mechanic has players design a personal tarot deck and then use it to perform divinations for fellow witches, so the cards they create shape the readings they give. It was developed by Deconstructeam, a studio from Spain, and published by Devolver Digital, releasing on Windows in August 2023.

UnMetal is a stealth action-adventure that parodies Konami's Metal Gear series, starring Jesse Fox, a wrongly accused inmate trying to break out of a military prison while exposing a nuclear plot. Its play recalls the early Metal Gear games, updated with crafting, mostly non-lethal weapons and moments where narration and player choices shape events. It was made by Spanish developer Francisco Téllez de Meneses and released for PC and consoles in September 2021.
