Buckshot Roulette is a tabletop horror game created by Mike Klubnika, a developer from Estonia, who built it in the Godot engine and wrote its soundtrack himself. It first appeared on itch.io in December 2023 and came to Steam through Critical Reflex in April 2024 alongside a new update. Critics and players praised its strategic play and replay value, and it has been compared to the roguelike Inscryption despite a very different look.
Centum is a point-and-click adventure game from Hack The Publisher, a studio in Estonia, published by Serenity Forge. It launched on March 11, 2025 across Windows, macOS, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox One and Series X/S. Play follows the genre's familiar structure of exploring scenes and interacting with them, and the game earned generally favorable reviews along with a Metacritic score of 75.
Released in 2020, Death and Taxes is a simulation game by Estonian indie developer Leene Künnap, released through their company Placeholder Gameworks. Players act as a Grim Reaper working through paperwork at a desk, deciding which humans will live and which will die. Aligned with the death-positivity movement, it approaches mortality with a light touch, and in March 2020 its source code was published on GitHub under the MIT License.
Haiku, the Robot is a Metroidvania in which a small robot explores a mechanical world overrun by corrupted machines. Play mixes combat with exploration of interconnected areas as you piece together the mysteries of a post-apocalyptic setting. Estonian studio Mister Morris Games developed and self-published it, launching it for PC and Mac in April 2022, with a Switch version later that year.
Released in 2025, s.p.l.i.t is a psychological horror game made and self-published by Mike Klubnika, a developer from Estonia, with Oro Interactive also credited as a publisher on Steam. It launched on Windows and Linux in July 2025. Beyond its psychological horror framing, its store and database listings place it in the action and simulation genres. The title is stylised in lowercase with full stops, while it is written as Split in plain text.
Teleglitch is a roguelike action game from Test3 Projects, a developer based in Estonia, that folds survival horror features into its design. The Die More Edition, released in 2013 and published by Paradox Interactive, is an expanded version that bundles free extra content added after the original launch. It is available on Windows, Mac and Linux, and holds a Metacritic score of 78.
