Vi Reality

The Virtual Reality in Psychotherapy project aims to develop an interactive therapeutic environment that helps users reduce stress and anxiety, improve relaxation, and treat phobias such as acrophobia. The project features a virtual island designed with visually and audibly calming elements, guided breathing exercises, and simple activities that promote relaxation. It also includes a dedicated platform for gradual and controlled exposure therapy for fear of heights.
